Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is available 24/7 for your service needs. Regular FOSS hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm(CT). Contact the FossCare Hotline to place a product for shipping or delivery. Parts orders can be taken from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Weekdays. Parts can also be shipped After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays (an after hour fee applies).
Counter-to-counter is also available during FOSS regular business hours for an additional shipping fee. Counter-to-Counter shipments must be called in by 2:00pm (CT), as the parts must be at the airport at least two hours prior to the departing flight time. Please contact Customer Service for current rates and for any questions you may have.
