This wide range of instrument options makes it possible for almost any size meat company to take advantage of the benefits of analysis, and the extensive array of products that can be tested is growing monthly. Examples include raw materials, (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, turkey) intermediate products, (sausage fillings, etc.) final products, (cooked and cured sausages, dry sausages, ground beef, patties, cured ham, cooked meat) and more.
