How to use OliveScan™

Analysis procedure

Everyone can operate OliveScanTM. The instrument has been designed to be easy to use by everyone for daily routine analysis. Quick and simple!

Analysis step by step

• Process olive sample through your hammer mill to turn the olives into a paste
• Fill the sample cup with olive paste
• Place it in the OliveScan sample cup holder
• Close the door
• Push the button "Analyze" on your screen = Results for fat and moisture in 45 seconds

Immediately you can give the results of the sample to the driver.

Presentation of results

OliveScan is to be hooked up to an external PC. The software has customized graphical user interface making it easy to operate for the daily user. As a special feature, translation into many languages is possible.

The user interface is designed in a simple and straight-forward manner:

Analysis: to start up the analysis of an olive paste or orujo sample
Results: to get a view of all results and possibilities for export of results into other programs
Caretaking: to test the OliveScan instrument and its performance.
