Automatic process monitoring and control

ProcessTouch software works with measurement data provided by production line process analyzers such as ProcesScan™, ProFoss™ and MeatMaster™. According to the data, advanced algorithms optimize the component levels in the production line process. This standardizes product quality and improves food production line efficiency.

The company Embutidos Martínez was established in 1988 and the plant in Buñol is a new and highly automated plant, dedicated for the production of minced meat in consumer packs. MeatMaster is fully integrated in the production line and provides data for automatic production of batches of minced meat. Bone and metal is automatically rejected.

Automated production line efficiency

Process Touch includes software algorithms for flow administration and a database model of the process flow. This allows automatic control of regulating valves and dosing pumps or, in the case of meat production, by sorting individual boxes of meat for different purposes based on their registered content.

Process Touch gives an instant overview of standardization performance on real-time graphs as well as calculated component values in the product tank. It also handles the re-standardizing of tank contents to new target values automatically.
