FossCare™ Support Plan Features
Extended 3 Year Parts Warranty: Purchasing the 3-year support plan has advantages. As you are helping us to maintain your instruments, we will reward you with a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty covers critical parts, but excludes parts that commonly wear out, as well as consumables.
Scheduled Visits: Scheduled visits from a knowledgeable FOSS engineer will secure a higher degree of process accuracy and optimized equipment performance. Ensure cost effectiveness by allowing FOSS engineers to make sure your instruments are running at peak performance.
Emergency Visits: Minimize costs associated with production downtime with emergency visits. You can depend on receiving first priority service over customers who do not have a support plan.
Web Diagnostics: Keep your instruments running at peak performance by allowing FOSS specialists to run diagnostics on your instrument quickly and effectively with the convenience of online support.
Preventive Maintenance Kit: Replaces the most commonly worn parts required for operating the instrument.
Consumables: Select consumable items and reagents offered at a discount.

Training: A discount is provided to FossCare support plan owners towards comprehensive training programs. Courses provide user and maintenance certification training taught by experienced FOSS instructors. The courses ensure proper use, promote maximum uptime and accuracy, and offer hands-on experience, getting the most out of your instrument.
PM Basic Plan:
Preventive maintenance basic plans provide a level of maintenance support; however, services above this basic level are charged at an additional cost.
